The NY Public Library is using Instagram Stories to share Popular Novels
Instagram's stories feature is used hundreds of millions of people every day. So, the New York Public Library has decided to use the platform to share some popular novels. The library has partnered with New York design firm Mother to create and upload a digital version of Lewis Carroll’s Alice’s Adventure in Wonderland to its Instagram story.
You can head over to NYPL's Instagram handle to check it out right now. And not just that, the NYPL will also upload Charlotte Perkins Gilman’s classic short story “The Yellow Wallpaper,” and Franz Kafka’s novella The Metamorphosis over the next few months. Don't worry, these novels will stay as highlights on NYPL's account. It is indeed a clever use of technology and you should definitely take a look and follow these stories.
